Museo etnografico interattivo della miniera

Through an immersive exhibition path, the museum allows visitors to explore the daily life of miners, with environmental reconstructions, original tools, and audiovisual testimonies. The museum actively participates in cultural initiatives, such as the exhibition “Geohistory of the Nisseno Subsoil” held at Palazzo Moncada in Caltanissetta in March 2025, where it contributed with significant historical artifacts. Among the exhibits, a wooden sculpture donated by the family of artist Giuseppe Raggio stands out, further enriching the museum’s cultural heritage.

The Interactive Ethnographic Mining Museum represents a key point of reference for understanding and promoting the mining and cultural heritage of Serradifalco. It is a place where history becomes experience, offering visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the past and reflect on the present and future of the community.
