From Piazza Umberto I in Serradifalco, head out leaving it behind you on the right, along Via delle Miniere.

Continuing north, on the left you can spot Lake Soprano with its Natural Reserve. At the junction, turn left onto the SP46 (Serradifalco–Rabbione) and stay on it for about 4 km. At this point, turn left near an abandoned small house and begin the wild section of the route. Always keeping to the right, you will circle Monte Rabione and descend into the valley until you reach a crossing over the Gallo d’Oro River. From here, continue until you reach the SP41 and immediately turn left before the olive grove, onto a dirt road (which may at first look like a paved area). From there, you re-enter the municipality of Serradifalco and come to another crossing of the Gallo d’Oro River. After the Agliastretto district, turn left until you reach the SP101, cross it directly, and continue east toward Via Palmeri to return to the starting point.
